Post subject: Cooling Fan Question

A 1983 944 was just passed along to me from a family member. It is overhearing. Checked the 2 fans and one is missing 2 of the 3 blades. Checking around for fans have seen new replacement 6 blade fans for over $200 a piece. Found a place that has 2 used 6 blade fans for a 944 turbo (unkown year). Does anyone know if any 944 fan will work-are they bascially all the same?

944 1987 cooling - Hi I have a 1987 944 standard 8 valve model. This is a UK car, RHD and has no air conditioning. It has one cooling fan which seems to come on too often. The car does not overheat and the gauge sits just below halfway. Even on a cool day the fan will be...
