1. it is not a fuse
2. there are NO LEDs in your car as it came from the factory except for a
green one on top of one relay within the fuste box
3. which indicator are you speaking of - the turn signal indicator or some
other indicator? and a few more words to explain what you mean by "stays
on" will be helpful - does it never turn off? does it ever flash?
